How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders will be delivered in approximately 4 weeks unless otherwise indicated. Unimprinted products will ship sooner. Contact us if you need a production schedule.

What is 5 day service?

Products will be shipped in 5 working days after receipt of order from Amsterdam, New York.

Is there a charge to add a logo to our custom imprint?

Yes, there is a $24 charge to include your logo in the imprint area.

How do I place my order online?

• 1. Click on the product category of your choice.
• 2. Click on the product thumbnail or product name to view prices and larger picture.
• 3. Select the quantity of your choice and click "Add to cart" button.
• 4. If your product and quantity choice is imprintable, you will now be given an opportunity to type your imprint copy and upload your logo, if desired.
• 5. The "Shopping Cart" page: If your order is complete, click on the "Continue to Checkout" button to proceed.(You may choose Google Checkout instead. You will not be able to add a Discount code if you choose this option.)
• 6. At this point, you may choose to create a customer account or checkout without creating an account. At the end of the checkout you can also create a customer account.
• 7. Checkout consists of 4 pages: "Create Checkout Information", "Shipping Information", "Payment Information", "Checkout Confirmation". Complete each page and click the "Continue" button to proceed through these pages. On the "Payment Information" page you may enter your "Discount Code" if you have received a special offer.
• 8. On the "Checkout Confirmation" page be sure to click the "Place Order" button to complete your transaction.

How can I send in my logo?

You may send your logo using postal mail or email. We accept artwork in these formats:
Adobe Illustrator .ai
Adobe Indesign .indd
QuarkXpress .qxd
Macromedia Freehand .fh
Corel Draw .cdr

We also accept PDF, EPS, and TIFF files.

You may also attach your logo to a product when ordering online. Just add a product to your cart and on the next screen you may upload your logo.

Will you imprint pencils, stickers or rulers?

We cannot imprint pencils, stickers, and rulers.

How large is the imprint area?

Imprint areas vary from product to product. Please call (888) 776-7763 for individual imprint areas.

If I order several coloring book titles, can I use the each pricing for the total quantity?

Yes, you can combine different styles of the same type of product for quantity pricing, except for bags.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, but all invoices are due in US Dollars. UPS will act as the broker and collect GST and Brokerage Fees at the time of delivery. Brokerage Fees and GST are not determined by our company and we can not tell you what those costs may be.

Can I combine special offers I received in the mail?

No, we mail customers special offers throughout the year, but you cannot use more than one offer per order.

If you received a special offer in the mail or by email, simply enter your five digit code in the Discount Code field on the Payment Information page during checkout. Not all offers are available online. Your five digit code is on or near the mailing label on your order form or it is highlighted in your email. (If you choose to place your order with Google Checkout, you will not have an opportunity to add your Discount code.)

If I order Halloween bags early in the year, can I cancel without penalty if our plans change?

Yes, early Halloween orders may be canceled without penalty before June 1st.

Is my order guaranteed?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied, return your order for a full refund.
